Can't send PMs

Well, just like the title says, I can't send any private messages or even get the preview PMa to load. I just keep getting hit with an ERROR 403:
Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /private.php on this server.

Edit: I tried playing around with sending a message to myself just to see if it would work... Is there some kind of limit on how many links you can cram into a PM?

Edit 2: Okay, found the culprit. And it’s not just happening in the PMs—it’s messing up the whole forum. The system absolutely loses its mind if you type "CC :" without using quotation marks or putting a space between the CC and the colon.

Edit 3: To be more specific, the issue is triggered by "CC :"—again, no quotes, no space between the CC and the colon.

Yes, I see it now. Quite strange, isn't it? It seems to be some specific function within vBulletin that remains hidden from us regular users. To be honest, regarding CC 😉, I have never actually used it myself, but looking at this, even posting appears to be impossible. It is rather peculiar. A glitch in the system, I suppose

Yeah, I tried messing around with more links too—turns out that wasn't the issue at all. It was actually that weird CC crashing 🙂

It looks like a configuration quirk with the Apache servers hosting the Forum. Here is the fix. 🙂
