Can't type after a few drinks

I keep running into this issue where I suddenly get hit with this message:

rowdygardener80, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons: Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I already verified my email at the start... but then after about a month of being quiet, I'm locked out from commenting or starting any new threads.

Sorry if this has been asked before, just looking for a quick fix on how to deal with this.

Regarding this account? Where exactly did you see that notification? What were you doing at that precise moment? How on earth did you even manage to trigger this? Please, be more specific.

When you're logging in, do you make sure to check the box that says:

Just a heads up,

because if you don't, the system might just log you out automatically after a little while.
