Car stereo - Error 1

Hello everyone. I have an LG LCF600UR head unit in my car, and I am getting an ERROR 1 when attempting to play music via USB. It worked perfectly fine before, but this issue started recently. I have already tried formatting the drive to FAT32 and adjusting the partitions, but nothing works. I also have an identical unit where the USB fails as well, so I do not believe the issue lies with a specific port. If anyone has encountered this or knows a solution, please let me know! 🤔

And if it isn't an issue with the USB reader itself, have you considered that the problem might actually be the flash drive? 😁 It’s worth giving it a shot—maybe try testing it with a different stick and see if that fixes things.

I tried a different drive, but the result is identical. Sometimes there isn't even an error message; it just automatically switches back to the CD or tuner after a few seconds on the USB setting.🤔

So, if I'm following you correctly, you've got two different radios where the USB ports just died on you at the exact same time, and you've already ruled out faulty drives by testing them with several different sticks?
