Hey there!

I could use a little guidance here.

So, I’m training for boxing and looking into some supplements...

Are we talking carbohydrates? From what I gather, I need something that acts like a fuel tank to keep me going through a session—is that carbs, or am I totally off base?

I'm not really chasing that bulky bodybuilder look since I don't hit the weight room (and honestly, I hate the idea of feeling all stiff and restricted), I just want something to help me maintain my weight and maybe add a bit of strength under the hood.

Sorry if I'm being a bit vague, and thanks in advance for the help!👍

I’m not really looking to bulk up or build massive muscle since I don't hit the weight room (and honestly, I don't want to—it just makes me feel sluggish/stiff)—I just want something to help maintain my weight and maybe give me a little extra strength.

We’ve already answered a million questions like this over on the Fitness sub-forum, so go do a search first...
And honestly, why did you open a thread about this here?

As for your question, just stick with creatine.
