Cold stomach

Is it actually normal for your stomach to get all chilled out just because your own sweat got trapped under your shirt?🙂

A friend of mine deals with this all year round—her backside gets incredibly hot. Like, seriously radiating heat... 😁 😁 😁

I can't say for certain, but my take is that it comes down to the fact that the abdomen is one of the most moist and exposed areas of the body. Other parts—like your palms, which are usually how you tell if someone is running cold—don't sweat nearly as much, so the surface temperature stays much closer to your actual core temperature.

Anyway, it’s completely normal—it happens to everyone at some point—just make sure you don't end up catching a cold...😉
