Computer Mysteries

Once again, I am being plagued by a series of inexplicable events. This time, the culprit is my computer.

Mystery No. 1: The Shaking Monitor

To be precise, the monitor occasionally shakes for no apparent reason. It feels almost like a minor tremor. I have attempted to replicate this effect through various software commands, but I have failed miserably.

Mystery No. 2: The Music That Plays Itself

The situation is this: I leave the computer running with all applications closed, head to the kitchen, and suddenly hear audio emanating from my desk. I return to find a music file has opened itself.

If anyone possesses advice or a logical explanation, I would appreciate you sharing it.

So, every once in a while, my monitor just starts shaking for absolutely no reason at all. It’s actually a little unsettling—kind of feels like a mini earthquake! I’ve tried running some software tests to see if I could replicate the movement, but I haven't had any luck mimicking it.

Mystery No. 2: Music playing out of nowhere

Here’s the deal: I’ll leave my PC running with all my apps closed, head into the kitchen for a snack, and suddenly I hear music drifting from my desk. When I rush back, I find an audio file has just opened itself up.

If anyone has any theories or advice on what might be going on, I would be so incredibly grateful if you'd share them.

At one of our parties back in the day, every single time a song finished playing on Winamp, it would immediately jump right into "Life is a woman, one brewery"... I just sat there staring at the screen, completely baffled as to why that specific track had to follow every other song. No matter how many different tracks we cycled through, it always came back to that one...🤣

The colors are constantly shifting on me—and honestly, the way those hues cycle through different combinations actually messes with my brain waves. It spikes my adrenaline, triggers this sudden surge of aggression, and before I know it, I feel like I’m ready to go on a rampage... It isn't happening by accident, believe me. Who knows what you're really dealing with over there...
