I seriously can't believe I'm still stuck with this ban!!!

Look, I simply stated that the presidential election results aren't official yet. The election process isn't formally over, which means the current president still holds office along with all his corresponding powers. That includes command over the military.

And apparently, that's being labeled a conspiracy theory.

Let me remind you of a basic, elementary fact:
the procedure for American presidential elections is drastically different from how elections work in the rest of the world!
The main reason is that state legislatures within the federation hold incredibly broad authority. They have the power to sway the outcome in various ways regardless of what the so-called "popular vote" shows—especially if they decide to validate claims of irregularities in contested states.

It’s not a conspiracy. These are just cold, hard facts.

Right now, things are stalled at the state level. Until they reach the federal stage—meaning the Electoral College—nobody can claim the popular vote is an indisputable or official confirmation of victory.

I won't even bother questioning your motives for practicing such wild censorship against posts that are perfectly balanced and measured. Just take note of this:

The real issue here isn't about banning you over conspiracy theories; we aren't keeping you out for that. You’re permanently banned because you were using a burner account to bypass rules at the same time... This profile has a lower post count, so it looks pretty pathetic by comparison. If you actually want that other account kept while we shut this one down, I suppose we could probably work something out...

Also, while it’s totally irrelevant to this specific thread, you might want to look up what censorship actually means... Just because you have freedom of movement doesn't mean you can wander into a neighbor's house whenever you feel like it. Or because the Constitution guarantees the right to work, it doesn't mean Mayo Clinic is obligated to hire you as a neurosurgeon...

Basically, go start a blog if you want to say whatever you want. On a private forum, the owner can tell you not to even type the letter "f" if they're in the mood...

Besides, you probably realize that after repeatedly punishing people for interpreting the Constitution as "aggressive trolling," some might start thinking you're up to something shady.

Once the owner shuts this forum down to the public and stops trying to live off clicks—you know, stop making a profit off users—then they can go ahead and talk all they want about neighbors and neurosurgeons in a private group.

Until then, this forum covers too much of the American public interest and too many political topics for the "private property" argument to carry any weight. It certainly doesn't justify bullying the users.

I’d suggest you back off before you trigger a permanent ban for the rest of your personas... For now, you're only getting temporary restrictions because you couldn't help yourself while on suspension, but if this attitude becomes your whole identity on the forum, then the whole group is going down with you.
