I have a quick question for you all...
So, let's say someone deals with constant irritation—like having a really high-stress week, for instance. Then they get a week to decompress, followed by another intense, stressful week. Does the anxiety from that first week just stack on top of the third one? Or does that "recovery" week actually reset things and cancel out the previous buildup?
I hope that makes sense. I'm curious about how this stuff is stored in our system and how it actually impacts us long-term.
I know it might sound like a silly question, but I'm genuinely interested. 🙂
