Does anyone have some solid advice on how to actually keep mastitis or mastopathy under control?
My doctor suggested I watch my diet and take some Vitamin E, but honestly, it hasn't been doing much for me.
I've been dealing with this pain for almost an entire month now.😢

I know a woman who went through hell dealing with this exact mess, but she finally figured it all out... we're heading to the States this Monday, so once we're back, I can introduce you. Maybe she can walk you through it herself, since she was actually the one who first opened my eyes to the whole thing.. 🙂

ps: what you eat plays a massive role here too.. 😎

hey
I get how you feel because I've been there 😢 but you might find some relief if you tweak your diet. It’s not a huge deal, though you really have to be consistent (which, honestly, I'm not really 🙄 ) and cut out coffee, soda, or heavy teas—basically anything that causes water retention and makes the pain worse.
Maybe take a look through the forum; someone already started a thread on this with some solid advice.
Hang in there.

I deal with the same thing during my period—the pain is unreal if you even touch them.
Exactly, diet matters too. Cut out the greasy junk. Personally, I just wear a really tight sports bra to keep everything locked in place; it helps so much. 😁
Maybe you should get a full breast exam if you haven't already.
