Has anyone here actually gone through the testing process at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester?
They run these comprehensive food intolerance tests to map out a custom diet for you, which supposedly leaves both the patient and the provider feeling pretty satisfied with the results.

Does anyone have firsthand experience with this, and more importantly, is the whole ordeal actually worth the massive price tag?
