My ultimate ambition involves securing a meeting with an individual of significant wealth and influence here in America, though I would tentatively characterize the nature of this encounter as strictly "professional." To be more precise, my intention is to approach this person to request a specific favor while simultaneously offering something of value in exchange—one might even say I am essentially seeking a sponsor to help bring a particular project of mine to fruition. My dilemma, however, lies in the logistics: which type of high-profile American figure should I attempt to reach out to, and what would be the most effective method of contact—perhaps a formal email or a direct phone call—given that I am merely an average citizen, a regular person whom nobody has ever heard of before?
