Now, I find myself wondering if anyone here might have a bit of insight into what kind of compensation they typically offer per square foot in these situations? Just to provide a little more context, the land isn't zoned for residential or commercial development—it's strictly agricultural—and it's actually quite lovely, covered in these old carob trees and olive groves that have been growing there for about fifteen years or so. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
