Driver Help Needed

I just ran a tool to hunt down missing drivers, and it flagged 20 of them right out of the gate.
The software is called Scanner Driver

Here’s what I'm looking at:


I need to know if I should go ahead and hit download all. More importantly, if I pull the trigger on this, am I actually going to wreck my PC? 🤷

I personally stick with Driver Genius, which isn't free, but honestly, it’s worth every penny.
It pulls down and installs everything it finds without throwing a fit.

Never messed with this Scanner Driver before. Is it actually freeware?

On my old machine, I had all three programs from what I believe was DriverPack which included Scanner Driver, Registry Mechanic, and PC Speedup or something along those lines.
Those require licenses as far as I recall how I ended up acquiring them, but for some reason, they haven't asked me for a license on this current computer. ☕

Download all your drivers exclusively from the official manufacturer websites.

But can you suggest something actually useful? Because hunting down twenty separate downloads is a massive waste of my time.

Honestly, I feel like most of these programs are pretty much useless and just give you junk results... maybe they might be okay if you're doing a fresh install and really need to track down specific drivers... Driver Genius is one of the few that actually shows you what you genuinely need to download, whereas the rest are just a waste of time...

Sure, go ahead and hunt down Driver Genius online. If you’re really hell-bent on finding a single tool to grab and update every critical driver on your machine, then Driver Genius is pretty much your only shot.

The superior method, in my estimation, is to have the software pull all those drivers into a dedicated folder. From there, the decision rests entirely with you whether or not to actually run the installation. That said, if you want to avoid any unnecessary headaches, the most logical move is simply to head straight to the manufacturer's official website and download them directly from the source...

Hey guys, I'm having a really hard time tracking down this specific driver:
Qualcomm AR9285 802.11b/g/n Wifi Adapter 08/21/11

The only thing I managed to dig up was this:

But the version there doesn't match the date I need.🤷

I'm also stuck on this one:
realtek rtl8102e/rtl8103e family pci-e fast ethernet nic 06/10/11

I'm running Windows 7 (32-bit).

Look, you found the Qualcomm driver you need; honestly, who cares about the date? Just grab that latest version 10.0.0.45 from back in March 2012 and get it installed.

Of course, I've got another question. I'm looking through this right now and need to find a few more things. My laptop is an HP CQ61, and I really need to figure out which specific model suffix I have—is it the -100, -200, -300, or -400? I just can't seem to find where that info is listed here:
