Is anyone else still using ENADA NADH? I'm curious what your experiences have been—any insights at all? Given how brutal my training sessions can get, I find myself reaching for some ENADA every now and then... it seems to help me push through. What about you guys?

Feels like a placebo effect to me. 🙄

Well, quite a few people have told me that—though it’s a relatively expensive placebo, if you ask me... 🙄—but also, could it actually be harmful? Is there any truth to that?😕

I don't think it can hurt. If I'm following correctly, it's just a coenzyme that the body already keeps plenty of anyway.

Well, as long as it isn't harmful, that's what matters...😁

I actually know someone who takes it—she’s been dealing with multiple sclerosis, and they suggested ENADA NADH because she just didn't have the stamina for a normal daily routine. She was hitting a wall constantly and had to lie down to rest after pretty much every little thing. Well, she tells me it’s been a total game-changer and she feels absolutely fantastic since she started taking it.

That's great, glad to hear it works 🙂
