Event Viewer warning

Every once in a while, I see this warning popping up in the Event Viewer on my Windows 7 machine:

Does anyone know what causes this?

Maybe try heading into your network adapter properties and just uncheck TCP/IPv6—keep IPv4 as the only thing running there. Also, it’s entirely possible your card's driver is just being finicky and doesn't actually support task offload, which would explain why you're seeing that warning. If you want to test that theory, just fire up the command prompt, type this in, and hit enter: netsh int ip set global taskoffload=disabled

It’s not just him, www.nytimes.com actually won't resolve either.

I was wondering if anyone might happen to know what this specific error message implies and perhaps how one should go about addressing it?

"Name resolution for the name www.google.com timed out after none of the configured DNS servers responded."

So, basically, that page doesn't exist.

It seems obvious that such a thing doesn't exist. However, I suppose I am still wondering about the origin of that specific message in the Event Viewer and what might have triggered the entry, given that no one intentionally initiated or requested it.
