Does anyone here happen to have any leads or maybe some info on what Musac actually sounds like?

I know they're a duo—they play Valentine's Day at Jinx and some stuff in Srinjin... I think they're from Sedona, but that's about all I've got.

I could really use some help here,
does anyone happen to know where I can pick up some bouquet sticks? I'm looking for something exactly like the ones in this photo:

If anyone knows a spot where I could grab these in Savannah or maybe San Francisco, let me know!

I am just so incredibly happy because I finally sorted out all the flowers, and since my girlfriend is working from home right now, everything is actually coming my way for about $800$33 depending on how much they charge for calla lilies during the peak season🙂)))
Some of the local florists have really bumped up their prices lately, though I totally get where they're coming from since they're running small businesses

Honestly, those flower shops just push their prices straight into the stratosphere... isn't it just wonderful that you managed to find a better deal? I guess all it takes is a little bit of digging to find the same quality without breaking the bank, right? Good luck with everything!

velvetfalcon57 said:Hey everyone! Does anyone happen to know what the going rate is for Krakun? Seriously, I’ve been seeing them all over my feed lately—everyone is raving about them! I haven't actually had the chance to catch one of their sets live yet, but man, they sound absolutely incredible online. I'm actually thinking about booking them to perform at a little reception I'm hosting for some guests, but I am totally lost when it comes to what these kinds of gigs usually cost... any leads would be amazing! THANKS SO MUCH IN ADVANCE!🙂

We’re planning to convince The Beach Boys to play at our feast in October, though they'll actually be performing at the church for us. The guy is top-tier—you should definitely reach out to him and see if you can work something out on the price.👍

So, here’s the situation with my girls,

We’ve pretty much tackled the big stuff, but we’re still staring down the barrel of my shoes, his suit, the invitations, and the thank-you notes....
I honestly have no clue where to even start looking for shoes. I haven't a prayer of knowing what the weather will be like in October, and since I’m dead set on finding something a loud, obnoxious shade of pink, it doesn't exactly make the hunt any easier.🤷
Also, does anyone have any actual recommendations for good suits? I know Mr. Motten and The Beatles are options, but is there anything else worth checking out? 🙂
As for the thank-you cards, I think I might just DIY them. I’ll probably find some supplies at Napa; isn't that usually the cheaper route?
We haven't even made a call on the invitations yet. Anyway, sorry for dumping all this on you—but hey, that's why we're all here, right?😁

I ended up picking out a florist at the Target in San Francisco... I happened to stumble upon them, and the woman there seemed to really know her stuff. Does anyone have any experience with this shop?

The total came to $667 for 5 tables plus the sweetheart table, my bouquet, and a boutonniere for the groom.

That's a bit steep for one of the pricier places... they do beautiful work, sure, but that sounds way too high for what you listed... unless those centerpieces are absolutely massive...

It’ll be minimalist arrangements—not classical. Just a few calla lilies intertwined in a long vase full of water... It's finished now. As long as it looks decent, considering I'm such a klutz 🙂 thanks for the heads-up

Ladies
I’ve pretty much checked everything off my list.... the venue, the music, the church, the dress, invitations, thank-you notes, favors, car ribbons—even almost got the flowers sorted.... but man, there are still a million little things left
I haven't even decided on a makeup artist or hair stylist yet.......not even gonna go there

Help a girl out... does anyone have a number for a killer accordion player based out of San Francisco?? 🙏

Hey everyone! Just checking in from San Francisco 🙂 My fiancé and I have our wedding coming up this November, so we’re officially on the hunt for a band and a photographer. We’ve already locked in the venue and the church. We’ve visited a few photo studios and will be continuing that search tomorrow. As for live music, I’d love to hear about your experiences. A relative of mine once had Miro Boem perform, and he was actually pretty good, so he's currently on our shortlist. We also checked out the Volare band website—if anyone wouldn't mind sharing their thoughts on them or what they charge, please let me know here or shoot me a private message.

She worked on me over two years ago, actually. Now I’m trying to track her down for my sister, but I’m stuck—did she change her number? I’ve tried calling a few times, but I can't get anyone to pick up. 😢

Hey everyone, I could really use some help here...
If anyone has any insight, I’d love to gather some intel before I dive headfirst into all the preparations:

I'm looking at bands like Bravo, Taxi, and Pink Panther—does anyone happen to know what their typical rates are? Also, would you happen to have recommendations for other groups that nail that classic rock sound, but maybe aren't quite as mainstream as those three? I'm looking for something just as talented, if not better.

Regarding photography: Fox, Smith, what are the going rates for someone like you? And as for recording, how do things look with AT&T, studios out in California, or similar places?

Any advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated... Thanks so much in advance! 😁

We ended up booking Bravo Band. We caught them playing at a party once and they were awesome. They can do anything from a duo to a full six-piece, depending on your budget and what you're after. Our photographer is Marko, though I've seen some killer shots and DVDs from someone out in California too.

Has anyone here checked out Band Marinero from California? If you have, I'd love to hear what you think—how's their sound and overall vibe?
Thanks so much! 🙂
