It's probably best if you just go check it out for yourself
Did you call the manager over in San Francisco? They have those 35E units—they can hold up to 300 people
yeah, busy 😠
Jesse Barnes8 said:R2-D2 is... well, let's just say "disappointing" is an understatement. The service and the food are honestly abysmal. Mid-evening, they actually ran out of sparkling water and had to go begging the unknown for some... It's a mess. There are hardly any servers on the floor. Personally, I think www.unknown.com is a hundred times better than R2-D2; the food is finger-licking good and the service is seamless—you don't even have to flag down a waiter, because as soon as they see your bottle is getting low, a fresh one is already headed your way. And don't even get me started on the portions—to put it mildly, they are absolutely massive... unfortunately, though, their capacity tops out at 220 people.
so the unknown isn't like a cafeteria?
nirs - is that Andrea's restaurant?

Is she just blind to the sky, or is it just too expensive for her? I honestly can't tell.

I haven't even caught Sky's posts because I'm on my phone and getting poked constantly, so I miss half of everything.😁 It's not about the money, I'm just gonna call and see if they're free.😉

Maria Bailey4 said:So, an unknown isn't quite what you'd find at a local diner, right?
Not exactly... You can find their info online if you want to browse, or just swing by on a Saturday afternoon to see the vibe for yourself. I'm pretty sure they have a presence on Facebook too...
I've heard they've even added some LED lighting and a bit of a light show lately...
but honestly, the food and the service are in a league of their own!

Honestly, I feel like SkySuper is doing alright... I mean, if you’re planning a wedding when the pool is actually full, that’s one thing, but seeing it how it is now... having an aperitif by the water is basically all you need. At least to me, it feels pretty decent.

that breeze is actually pretty great too🙂

Look, please stop spamming individual posts. If you actually want to respond to multiple people at once, just use the multiquote feature.
Let's say you're looking to reply to three different comments. For the first two, hit that multiquote button in the bottom right corner—it looks like quotation marks; they'll turn orange once selected. On the third one, the last one you want to address, just click Quote. Your reply window will pop up. Just type your response directly under each quoted section (each one starts with
and ends with
). Once you've finished typing, hit Send. It’s not rocket science.
If you're still confused, just shoot me a DM.
Thanks for listening.

Ladies, have any of you actually heard anything about that cocktail master, the unknown one?

Oh, absolutely. 🙂 I actually had quite a few of his drinks back when he was working at a local lounge... 😁 He's a fantastic bartender. 🙂

Does anyone know if he does catering gigs? He's incredible.

Jure Vojkovic definitely works from those recipes, though I have to say, he’s pricey—actually, quite expensive. But honestly, the man is a true professional! Hats off to him.

Malileptiric, his name alone suggests top-tier quality! His one and only drawback is just the location out in the middle of nowhere.
I guess I should mention, I don't know what everyone else's experiences have been, but my own encounter with the owner of Doris was pretty discouraging. He seemed so arrogant, overbearing, and frankly, just unpleasant to deal with. It was quite awful. Even though the venue itself is lovely, I think I'll pass on going there just because of how he carries himself. Thumbs down for Doris!

We haven't actually made the trip out there yet; we first need to check if Bolero is available and if they can accommodate a crowd of about 200. The venue looks great to me, the food is always solid, and the staff is top-notch.
Wish us luck!

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!!
What date are you looking at? Personally, I think Doris is a bit nicer than Bolero. I was at Bolero back on August 30th, and it felt to me like they might have switched up their kitchen crew, because the food wasn't exactly anything to write home about...
Please don't take this the wrong way, I'm truly just speaking my mind.

I don't know, man... fitting 200 people into Las Vegas sounds like a stretch. I'll give you this: the food there is usually pretty good, but I've never been a huge fan of the layout—it feels a bit disjointed. And honestly, once you get past the initial courses, the food quality tends to drop off a cliff.

I have to agree, the food at both Dollish and Las Vegas has definitely gone downhill lately. It’s a shame, really. I suspect they might be cutting corners because ingredients are getting so expensive these days.

That’s the thing. We heard from our band that Sky used to have great food, but I guess that’s ancient history now. Hopefully, things turn around eventually.

I think it's kinda dumb too, but hey, he's a free agent in the US right now, so that's a huge win lol 🤣
how's the food though? feels like that's all I care about lately...
