So, my left eye has been doing this weird little thing lately. It’s not even a full-on twitch—not like those dramatic spasms you see in movies where someone's face goes haywire—but more like this tiny, subtle jitter. Like, if I stare at myself in the mirror, I can actually see the lower part of my left eyelid shifting side-to-side by maybe a millimeter or so. It's just... unsettling.

Is this some kind of nerve thing? Or maybe my blood pressure acting up? Or who knows what else? It doesn't happen constantly, just maybe once or twice every couple of days, and it only lasts for about 5 to 10 seconds before it settles back down.

I had that thing too, but on my upper eyelid... it’s called an eye tremor...
The doctor put me on 2mg of Normabel... didn't stop the twitching, but at least I wasn't in total agony 😁

Stop staring at the screen... go look at some girls' asses... it relaxes your eyes

I experienced something very similar during a particularly grueling stretch of high-stress work.
Once that intense period finally wound down and things stabilized, my eye settled right back to normal.
...It’ll pass, so try not to let it get to you too much.
