I'm 19, and every once in a while, my right eye just decides to wander off to the right,
completely out of sync with my left...

It’s not happening constantly, just sporadically,
and I don't even catch it myself—it's usually other people who point it out.

Are there any specific exercises or something I can do to fix this?

I don't wear glasses, and according to every vision test I've taken,
my eyesight is perfectly fine.😕

You're going to need to see an ophthalmologist. There could be several different diagnoses or underlying causes for why the eye is drifting, and the treatment plan will change entirely depending on what they find.

I’m dealing with the exact same thing...
I went to see an ophthalmologist recently, and apparently, my vision is technically perfect. However, the issue with my eye wandering is just congenital strabismus. According to the doctor, there’s really no point in trying to fix it—and when I say "trying," I mean he told me it’s way too late in life to even attempt a correction...
I also have a massive struggle with night driving because headlights from other cars just absolutely blind me... It’s honestly pretty worrying, but maybe it’s just the curse of having blue eyes... At this point, the only real solution is to just avoid driving after dark altogether...
Your best bet is to go see an eye specialist so they can give you a definitive diagnosis...

Do you ever find your eyes just wandering off for a second too?

I mean, it’s not like you’re staring directly into the glare the whole time, right?

Personally, I don't mind driving at night or having those high beams pointed straight at me...

Driving at night with lights flashing in my face doesn't bother me one bit.

Look, if your eye is drifting, in the absolute worst-case scenario, we could be talking about a growth on the optic nerve. It’s honestly pointless to nitpick over individual symptoms because there are just as many potential causes as there are symptoms—it's an endless list.
Take a friend of mine, for example; her eye wanders whenever she's completely exhausted. She was born with some weakness on her left side, so when fatigue hits hard, that's how it manifests.

When did you first notice your eye acting up?

I’m dealing with the exact same issue—it hits me whenever I’m absolutely exhausted or just completely stressed out. Honestly, sometimes I can practically feel it coming on. I tried doing some eye exercises, which helped a tiny bit, I guess, but let's be real—for me and anyone else struggling with optic nerve problems, the only actual solution is probably just going in for surgery and getting it over with.

Do they have like exercises or something to fix this kind of thing?

Honestly, you should probably go see a specialist. My brother took his kid over to the Mayo Clinic, specifically the Strabismus Center.
