Alright!

I've got a problem, just like the title says. One of the fans on my graphics card snapped. It's an NVIDIA GeForce GTX series. I can't find a replacement fan anywhere, and someone is offering me a used card www.gigabyte.com/products/p... for about $70. What do you guys think? Would this actually fit my rig? It's somewhat similar to what I have now, and I don't want to overpay—I just want a decent replacement.
The old one looks terrible when I'm gaming because the fan is totally busted.
My build is running an Intel Core i5 750 2 67 GH.

Thanks a lot

Could you post a photo of that broken fan? Also, what's the exact model of the card? Might be able to snag one on eBay for cheap.

As for the new GPU—that link isn't working. 😬

I have no idea why it isn't working now, especially since it worked fine for me before.
This is my

And this is the one; hopefully, it actually works this time.😛

With a bit of luck and some digging, you could probably snag one on eBay if you just compare specs and eyeball the photos carefully.

You might be able to cut down that grinding noise by popping off the blade directly opposite the broken one. It should help balance the fan out so it runs smoother. But hey, if the temps stay fine and you're happy with it, maybe just leave it alone.

As for that NVIDIA GeForce GT series, it's worth grabbing. Try to haggle them down to about $65. Performance-wise, it's basically on par with your current NVIDIA GeForce GTX series.
