So, here’s the situation: I’m 17, and I’ve dealt with this tendency to talk way too fast my entire life. Honestly, I’d love to finally get a handle on it. I’ve endured plenty of nicknames and constant teasing over the years because of it, and frankly, it hasn't stopped—it still happens today. Most of the time, I either race through my sentences too quickly or I end up stumbling over my words mid-sentence; occasionally, it feels like my brain is moving faster than my mouth can actually function, leaving me completely unable to articulate the word I'm aiming for. :S If anyone out there has any actual advice on what steps I could take to fix this, I would be immensely grateful for the help...
