After spending the last five years blowing steam in various family comedies and that one drama, Dwayne Johnson is pivoting hard back into action. We’re looking at three heavy hitters coming his way over the next couple of years: "Fast Five," the sequel to the "Fast & Furious" franchise where he joins forces with Vin Diesel and Paul Walker; "Protection," directed by Simon West ("Con Air", "Lara Croft: Tomb Raider"), where he steps in for Clive Owen; and finally "Faster," an action thriller from George Tillman Jr., the guy behind "Notorious" and "Men of Honor."
He's got a solid lineup backing him up, including Billy Bob Thornton, Tim Berenger, Carla Gugino, Maggie Grace, Jennifer Carpenter, Moon Bloodgood, Michaela Johnson, and Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje.
The movie hits US theaters on November 24th, while in other European countries, you'll probably have to wait until after New Year's Day.

Quote : after 10 years in prison , driver (Dwayne Johnson) has one goal: avenging his brother's death from the failed robbery that landed him behind bars.
