Microsoft Outlook 2010

Hey everyone. I’m running into a bit of a headache with Microsoft Outlook 2010. I can see incoming mail showing up, but I can't actually open any of it. It seems to have started right after we updated the name on the mailbox being used—basically, ana.anic@school.edu was swapped out for pero.peric@school.edu. The weird thing is, all the mail is being forwarded to a private account, and the user can read and open everything perfectly fine over there... just not in this primary inbox.

So, where exactly did they swap the names?
The redirection is probably happening at the mail server level where the actual mailbox lives.
It’s likely just a broken email account on the computer running Microsoft Outlook 2010.

Am I on the right track here?

So, can you actually open the email at all?
If you can't—then you definitely won't be able to open any attachments, right? 🙂
Can you try saving the attachment to your hard drive first and then opening it from there?
