Alright, I figured I’d kick off this thread since there isn't an official Fleet Foxes discussion going on—just that one specific post about their show in New York City.
For anyone who hasn't stumbled upon them yet, this band is basically this wild, incredible blend of 60s and 70s American rock (you can really hear that heavy Neil Young and later Bob Dylan influence), mixed with country and some straight-up hard rock. They've got cult status here in the States, and honestly, their talent is being rewarded lately with two shows opening up for Bob Dylan.
So, fans, step up. Let me know what you think, your go-to tracks, whatever.
As for me, these are the ones that hit home:
Summer Jam - basically an anthem about using music to bail out of some dead-end town.

if we holler loud & make our way
we'd all live one big holiday
Gideon - such a biting, ironic jab at the church and those religious fanatics who try too hard to control the youth.

Religion - should appeal to The Hearts of The Young Who ara you

Bermuda Highway - hands down one of the best love songs ever written; it's all about accepting someone exactly as they are.
