So, here’s the thing, my biggest issue is that I just feel the cold way more intensely than everyone else...
Like, say I wake up in the morning around 6 AM, and my husband is totally fine in just a long-sleeved shirt, while my wife might even be wearing shorts, but even if I layer up with two shirts, I'm still shivering... and we're literally just inside the house... It’s like, whenever there's even a slight chill in the air, I feel it twice as hard as anyone else does... why is that happening? I mean, I go see my doctor once a year for checkups, so I guess I have a pretty solid immune system and don't get sick much...

Feeling the chill more than everyone else might actually be tied to thyroid issues or poor circulation.

Everyone handles temperature swings differently. I know a few people in my neighborhood who walk around in t-shirts year-round, while I’m perpetually freezing. My doctor mentioned something about poor circulation and suggested I do something about it, but honestly, it’s not a big deal to me. I just bundle up and crank the heat in my car, my apartment, and at the office, and life goes on. 😁

I’m in the exact same boat—this cold is absolutely relentless... I feel like I could layer up until I can barely move, and yet I still can't get comfortable. It isn't even when I'm out walking down the street, either; it’s more of an indoor thing. Even with the heat running in the apartment... or during the night... I find myself needing a heavy quilt and at least two extra blankets just to stand a chance...

I’m basically a human popsicle too...
Back when my grandparents were still around, my mom used to constantly nag my dad about his wardrobe—like, "Seriously? You only own three sweaters and two pairs of pants?"
And honestly, I’ve inherited that exact same problem...
I’m always freezing. During the winter, I’m basically living in layers. I have to sleep in thick socks, heavy pajamas, and a sweater just to survive—if the thermostat drops below 68°F, I’m officially turning into an ice cube.
Maybe it’s just in my DNA—who knows?

Not in my case. My whole family walks around in T-shirts all winter, sleeps under just one blanket at night, and their hands and feet stay warm. Me? I’m buried under three blankets, plus an extra layer, and I still need a massive down pillow shoved on my legs just to function.

I honestly struggle so much with feeling cold during the winter months, though I suppose maybe it’s not quite as brutal as it was about ten years ago, or perhaps winters just aren't quite as harsh these days, I guess 😕 For me, it all stems from having pretty terrible circulation, which leaves my hands and feet feeling absolutely frozen all the time. I actually started taking some Ginkgo Biloba supplements, and honestly, they were a total lifesaver for me. Since Ginkgo is known to help with blood flow, it really seemed to do the trick. So, I figured I’d mention it, because maybe it might help someone else out just like it helped me. 😍

And you didn't feel quite so cold after the gym? Just during the time you were taking them—and once you stopped...

I ended up going through three whole boxes back-to-back, though I suppose that’s probably what the recommended dosage is supposed to be, anyway. And honestly, yeah, it was a total lifesaver for me. I think I've even made it a bit of a ritual where I start using them the second winter starts to set in here in the States. 🙂

I feel like I’m freezing constantly... which is exactly why summer is my absolute favorite season.😍 ...just imagine living with someone who thinks it's too hot all year round.😲 ...it's a total disaster. I'm over here cranking up the thermostat while they're busy throwing the windows wide open. We've even had guests come over who practically passed out from the heat, while I'm just sitting there shivering in the corner.🤣

@ Amy Moore38—I hear you, I really do... it’s the exact same thing over here. But honestly, it’s getting to the point where it's just unbearable—especially when he starts cracking all the windows right before bed because the room is sweltering. It’s just exhausting
