Deflation means your money actually gains purchasing power. Anyone who buys groceries, pays utility bills, or deals with the daily cost of living knows their dollar loses value every single day.

Some people prefer the term stagflation. Essentially, prices continue to climb even as the money supply remains stagnant or shrinks. It’s a bit of a double whammy: while we deal with deflationary pressures on our wealth, the government keeps squeezing citizens through taxes just to subsidize corporations, effectively propping up high prices or driving them even higher. Americans are getting hit from both sides here. On top of that, gold prices are climbing. I suspect we've only just seen the beginning of the rush toward gold buyback stations. The real frenzy is likely still ahead. *And I am referring specifically to the situation here in the States.

As for hoping the dollar will strengthen or that gold will suddenly tank... well, that's probably wishful thinking.

To put it simply: they’re going to slash prices on things you don't even want, while hiking up the cost of everything you actually need. 🙂

Honestly, I'm just dreaming of the day when a Ferrari costs less than a gallon of milk😁

In that case, since I own two goats, perhaps I could finally afford a Lamborghini Gallardo.😂

Sorry for going off-topic.

Just a heads-up for anyone looking to get into gold with as little as $25 a month; this company just launched here in the States
http://www.protected-nm.com/de/home.html
You can build up a gold deposit through monthly installments, held securely in Vienna for US-based clients. It's all bought in your own name and for your account, plus you get a certificate for your records.
Shoot me a private message if you want more details.

Is this post allowed here? 🙂

A certificate? What if I actually want to hold physical gold in my hands?

Here we go again—another perfect opportunity for the Dollar to tank and send gold screaming past $1,800. Either way, things can't stay stuck in this limbo forever; something has to give. Usually, market tops don't look quite like this, so I'd say there's still plenty of room for a move higher.

There's always a chance for a rally😁...the real question is just how big that chance actually is.

Just head to a vault in Vienna with your certificate after scheduling an appointment 🙂 and you can inspect it, admire it, take it home... or whatever else you have in mind... It's your call...

If I buy one gram every month, does that mean each individual gram comes with its own certificate and sits in some vault somewhere?
Do I need to schedule an appointment? Why would I need to do that?

😁 Facts.... this whole thing is messy. It all boils down to the Dollar—basically, whether Mr. $ actually bottomed out on September 14th or not. I don't see an issue holding through a correction; I doubt we drop below 1680, which is only about a 5% dip, though mining stocks might take a harder 12% hit.🙂

Don't mind lonehawk5—he's just joking around. He meant to ask how slim the chances are, not how high they are.😁

But what if it actually breaks below 1680?

I just wanted to do it the classy way... 😁Sometimes you just gotta stop looking at the clouds and actually look down at where your feet are hitting the ground...☕

Our colleague quiettrucker12 is quite the successful speculator—and when he's riding the death train, he certainly shouldn't be looking down...😁

Nothing. I don't see it dropping below 1680; either way, we're hitting 1900 after that. It'll probably bounce between 1680 and 1690. There's a solid chance the correction has already kicked off, but we'd likely need more pressure on the USD—maybe a new peak around 80.20—before we see it push toward 81.50 or so.
