There is only one Diana Klisović, a man who truly lives and breathes golf. Honestly, everything I know about this game, I learned from him.

Rosa ended up taking the win in the end; after that eagle, I actually felt a bit bad for Phil—he was completely won over by a single shot.

My favorite, Scott, lost his footing in the standings ages ago, so the US Open represents a fresh shot at glory ☕

Phil Mickelson finishes as runner-up at the US Open for the sixth time. He looked like he was on the verge of tears at the end. 😢
He’s got nobody to blame but himself. His driving was just heartbreaking today.

Congrats to Justin Rose. That course was brutal—none of these heavy hitters could manage to stay under par. Those greens were lightning fast everywhere. 🙏

Gotta give credit to Jason Day, too. He’s always hovering right near the top in these big tournaments. His moment is coming, provided he doesn't end up like Mickelson 😳 )

Phil Mickelson has four majors under his belt, and frankly, I highly doubt Jason Day would even come close to touching something like that...

Lefty just can't catch a break. Though, if I'm being honest, he kind of brought it on himself. That call to leave his driver out of the bag turned out to be a massive mistake on the final day, especially on those 3rd and 5th holes.

Justin Rose has been playing some really solid golf lately. He was such a key part of Europe's victory at the Ryder Cup.
I still remember back in 1998 when he finished fourth at The Open Championship as an amateur. Everyone thought he was going to be the next big thing, but then he turned pro at 18 and missed the cut in 21 straight tournaments. Still, the guy didn't quit.

The Open Championship is finally underway, and predictably, everyone is already piling onto the bandwagon to cheer for Tiger Woods and Adam Scott (that walking marketing machine)

It honestly feels like the conditions they’ve laid out at Muirfield today are tailor-made to favor Tiger Woods

I guess those conditions at Muirfield today are definitely playing into Tiger Woods' hands.

Seems like a few too many Americans sitting at the top right out of the gate.
Maybe there'll be a bit less wind for them tomorrow morning, but I'm guessing we'll see some nice weather for the rest of the tournament.

It's getting crowded at the top after two days. There's no way Miguel Jimenez can maintain this kind of pace until the end.
What are you guys thinking? Any predictions?

I don't know why, but I've started pulling for Jason Day.

I honestly believe it’s finally time for Tiger Woods to step back into the spotlight. Ever since Lindsey Vonn moved on from the scene, he’s seemed to have found this much calmer headspace, and you can really feel that composure translating to his game on the course. He’s sitting in a fantastic position to make a real move over the next two days, and if things keep trending this way, we might actually witness him capturing another major championship...

As I’m typing this, things are getting intense up at the top. Six guys are separated by just one stroke... 🍿

I’m honestly relieved Phil Mickelson managed to pull it off, especially since none of my top picks could get the job done. What an absolute disaster from Adam Scott on those final three or four holes... just a complete collapse.
Tiger Woods looked rough out there today; he was consistently coming up short on his approach shots and lacked that usual aggressive edge. It was just so uncharacteristic for him to play that tentatively.

Was Tiger Woods actually playing that badly while I was watching him, or is he just struggling big time lately?

The coverage here in the States is an absolute disaster. I haven't seen Adam Scott on screen for forty minutes, and the man is sitting at -6... it's ridiculous.

I have no idea why they keep pushing Rory McIlroy and Lee Westwood, and then we get these empty shots lasting forty seconds. It’s pathetic.

The British really messed up with The Open; what we're watching right now is just pure misery.

I don't get why they keep pushing Rory McIlroy and Lee Westwood; it's just filler shots of empty spaces for 40 seconds at a time. It sucks.

The British really nailed it with The Open, but this current broadcast is just pathetic.

A huge chunk of today's coverage felt poorly directed. I was watching the British Sky feed earlier, and it's entirely possible they were running a specialized feed designed specifically to hype up their own guys, constantly pushing Westwood and McIlroy...

I'll give you this—it was great to see that flashback to 2011 when Dufner completely blew it, starting with that mess on the 15th and then just spiraling into those bogeys at the end.

But what I don't get is how they didn't show Scott even once. The man was sitting at -7 at one point, trailing the leader by only four strokes and sitting on a birdie look...

As for Dufner winning, he’s totally uninspiring to me. He lacks any kind of charisma. If I were looking for someone more bland and forgettable, I certainly wouldn't have found anyone else...

I guess I agree that it was cool to look back at 2011 when Tiger Woods hitting ball into water basically cost everything, starting from hole 15 and ending with that string of bogeys, if I recall correctly.

But, I don't get why they didn't show Scott even once, especially since he was sitting at -7 at one point, only four strokes back from the lead and looking for a birdie.

To be honest, Dufner winning is just totally uninteresting to me. He has zero charisma; if I were actually looking for someone more bland and unlikable, I probably wouldn't have found anyone else.

The only thing he's really known for is "dufnering"
