Google Chrome problem

Why does this site keep refreshing every single time I try to type a comment in a subforum? And of course, because it's just my luck, everything I’ve typed just vanishes into thin air 😢

Sometimes the whole page even freezes up while I'm just scrolling through, forcing me to manually hit refresh. I'm running Windows 10 build 14393.105, and honestly, the only reason I actually managed to post this is because I typed the whole thing out in Evernote first and then pasted it here. If I had tried to write this directly on the site, the page would have refreshed after the very first line 😢

I follow a bunch of different threads both here and on other sites, but this glitch seems to be exclusive to Reddit 😢

If this keeps happening right when you hit send—rather than while you’re actually typing—try hitting backspace twice and then clicking "send" again. Honestly, that trick worked for me every single time! It sends the post without eating all your text.

Now, if it's glitching out while you're still in the middle of writing, I'm totally stumped. I'm definitely not some "tech guru" or anything, haha—so maybe hold out for someone else who knows their way around a keyboard.
