Where can I actually find this? Is there a specific store that carries it?

The grasshopper is actually illegal under federal law.☕

So, what do you call a knife that I'm basically taking apart... a total slacker? 🤷

As I understand it, the law simply states the blade cannot exceed 4 inches

You really should have mentioned which city you were in. I happen to know an excellent hunting supply shop over in Chicago.

Honestly, there isn't much practical use for a grasshopper. It's more for show than anything else.

Really? That's news to me. I actually bought one at a little corner shop right in the heart of Washington, D.C., and I even kept the receipt... though, mind you, that was quite a long time ago. Perhaps they passed some new regulation in the interim?

It’s not illegal ☕. And let’s get one thing straight: its purpose isn't "for show," it's for fishing. ☕

I mean, I just use him when I'm bored—I wouldn't dream of using him on people without thinking twice about it first.😁

There are certainly superior knives available, whether you're out fishing or just need something for personal defense.
