Hey everyone, I'm looking for some info. Does anyone know if there are any gyms in Washington, D.C. specifically set up for parkour or—even better—acrobatics? I'm also curious if there are any organized classes or training programs like that available locally.
I used to train Taekwondo back in my youth, and I’ve been feeling the itch to get back into kicks and spins lately. Thanks. 🙂

Look, parkour is a legitimate skill, a discipline, a raw and natural way of moving 😉—it DOES NOT include acrobatics! 🙂 🧐 🙂. And in Washington, D.C. (as far as I know—I’m not even from there)—all you’ll find are local workshops if you want to learn the basics (I think some stuff happens in gyms, but most people train outdoors). As for those flips and tricks, you can pick those up at any decent gymnastics center. You just need someone to step in and show you HOW TO DO IT RIGHT. 🙂 😉
