Has anyone ever taken Isoniazid?

Has anyone here actually dealt with Isoniazid? I'd love to hear about your experiences if you don't mind sharing... anything helps at this point.

So, what are you dealing with?

tuberculosis...

There are even pills now that come pre-mixed with Vitamin B6 to help cut down on the neurotoxicity.
The drug has a ton of side effects—basically everything listed in the manual could happen—but there just isn't an alternative.

My mom was on it years ago, but her liver enzyme levels went south so fast she had to stop taking it immediately.
