Basically, I started running into this headache just yesterday. Ever since my SIM card was deactivated, I’ve been locked out of Facebook because it keeps demanding a security code I set up—which makes perfect sense, I suppose. Naturally, I went out and grabbed a new SIM card with a fresh number, and I updated my mobile number on my Google account as well, following the advice of an IT specialist who assured me everything would sync up... But now, whenever I attempt to log back into Facebook, the security code simply won't send to my new number. Does anyone have any advice on what I should do? 😢
