So, for just under a year now, I’ve been dealing with a strange phenomenon that I’ve never experienced before. Every time I’m exposed to music—whether it’s loud or even just moderately high—I end up with a headache. Specifically, there’s this localized pain near my temple and above my ear when touched, along with a sensation of pressure inside my head. Interestingly, no one else around me experiences these symptoms, even when we are in the exact same environment. High pitches and prominent vocals seem to be the main triggers. This is becoming quite a significant issue for me, given how much time I spend working with music. To reiterate, this is a completely new development. Any insights would be appreciated.
