Something’s gone haywire here—all the letters I’m typing right now look huge, like I've somehow bumped the font size up to 16 or 18 or something! It's like the entire site has decided to go jumbo on me. 😕I think I might have messed something up specifically within this forum, because everything else is behaving perfectly fine; my other Google tabs, Yahoo, all the other sites I have open... they all look completely normal.

Try logging out first, then head over to Firefox settings under tools->clear private data. Select everything except for your saved passwords and hit clear private data now; it might just do the trick. 🤷

P.S.—If that doesn't work, you could try adjusting the display in Firefox by going to View->text size->normal.

That happened because you accidentally hit CTRL while scrolling with your mouse. That changes the font size for the window. Try it yourself.

So, I was just messing around with Ctrl + scroll—you know, that classic shortcut—and it seemed totally fine at first. But then, while I was busy cycling through different zoom levels for no particular reason, my "theme font" suddenly decided to change on its own, and now it’s being stubborn and won't go back to the way it was. It's... strange, I guess.

Okay, someone please help me out here because the exact same thing just happened to me!!! I seriously cannot get things back to normal! 🤷 Someone posted this massive image, and I had to use Ctrl + scroll to zoom out so I could actually see the whole thing, but now that I'm trying to zoom back in, it's just not working right... I mean, it technically zoomed back, but all the fonts are huge now, and whenever I try to shrink them down again, everything gets way too tiny, ughhhhhh 😠 😠 it's driving me absolutely crazy!!!! Like, the theme titles and the post text—including what I'm typing right now—are all stuck with this giant font, but then everything else (you know, the smaller text) went back to its regular size, just like it was before... it makes zero sense... why would some parts go back to normal while others stay huge? 🤔
I even went through the hassle of clearing my private data, cache, and cookies (which I totally hate doing, by the way 😠), but nope, nothing changed, it's still the same 🤷
Help a girl out, you forum pros!! 🙂

I was literally just about to type out how I couldn't believe nobody else was running into this, and then I actually figured it out. 🥳
In case anyone else ends up dealing with this headache after trying all those other fixes without any luck, here’s what finally worked for me: I went into Firefox and hit View > Zoom > Zoom In, then immediately did a Zoom Out, and suddenly everything snapped back to normal. For some reason, my Ctrl + scroll shortcut just wouldn't cooperate, so I had to do it this way. It feels like such a silly little glitch, but man, it seriously drove me crazy for like two hours. 😠

For some reason, I’m seeing this one specific thread where the page just looks completely stretched out, even though there aren't any images or anything else actually forcing the layout to expand.

Does anyone have a clue why this happens?

It’s likely just a case of someone uploading an image with massive dimensions that breaks the container. 🤷

There aren't any big pictures here.

And even if we did manage to get some large images loaded up, we'd just end up back at square one with a blank page again.
