Help me please...

Out of nowhere tonight, I started obsessing over this old kids' show that used to air (I think?) on NBC, back somewhere in the 90s...

From what I can recall, it was just these little stories for children, and the host was this guy who always showed up wearing pajamas and one of those long nightcaps, with this deep blue background behind him...
And he’d sign off every single time with, "Kids, gooood niiiiight... gooood niiiiight... ZZZZZZZZ... gooood niiiiight..."

That’s really all I’ve got. I have absolutely no clue what to even type into Google to find it; nothing I try actually brings up what I'm looking for...

Does anyone remember it? 🤷

So, I finally tracked down the title—it's called "ZZZZZ... bedtime stories"—and apparently, that guy in the pajamas was actually Špiro Guberina...

Does anyone have a link, a video, a photo, or literally anything?
The internet is totally useless today; I can't find a single thing.

I don't even know who the character was, just that I have this vivid memory of some pajamas and a long hat (for some reason, I keep getting this image of Špiro Guberina in my head spinning around like a top, which totally trips me out, though I doubt it’s actually him—I just can't pin down the actual face of the guy in the pajamas)

The show was called Good Night Kid, and the guy hosting it in his pajamas and a robe was Zijati Sokolović.
Whenever he actually managed to catch a few winks, he would sleep like the dead—just totally out cold.

However, Zijad did host a show back in '91 for PBS called good night kid, and honestly, that program sounds exactly like the description you gave above!

By any chance, was the person you're thinking of sleeping in a crescent-shaped bed? And did the set have that slightly quirky vibe... you know, all those props made out of styrofoam, cardboard, and aluminum foil? (I'm not really sure what you call that style of decor, but it reminds me of something like the Magic Record set, only everything looked a bit more shiny and bright).

That stuff is probably buried in some old ABC archive somewhere; it's gonna be tough to track down
