Help with a PC build - $500 budget

I've put together a PC build, but since I'm not exactly an expert at building rigs, I was hoping to get some feedback from you guys.

My absolute limit for this is $3,500.
Gaming isn't really my main focus, though I guess I wouldn't mind running a few titles if I'm ever in the mood.
Storage capacity is pretty important to me.

Here is what I'm looking at:

Does this look alright? I wonder if it'll last me a few years... and how it might handle games?
Is there anything I should probably swap out?

That Green disk is pretty slow, so you might want to pick this one up—it's actually cheaper:$17 is better:

Then, you could use that extra cash to get a much better graphics card:

Looking at the LC Power cooler... I think it might fit that socket, but I guess it depends on the specific model you're looking at. Maybe check the specs one more time just to be safe? 99

I've added the component prices—total comes to $3,800.
I guess I might just grab an extra 4GB of RAM at first, just to hit the recommended specs.

I think I found this one on a site similar to Newegg. It looks like a 2TB Seagate hard drive. Might be worth checking out if you need more storage space.

Looks good to me. Just one thing: skip the current drive and grab a 7200 RPM model instead—maybe a Western Digital Blue or something from Seagate.
I'm not sure where you're shopping, but you could easily shave some money off the total by picking a more budget-friendly case. Check out those newer entry-level options like the Phoenix or Griffin series.
