High CPU/RAM usage issues

What the hell is actually killing my PC and how do I fix this mess?
Just took some screenshots from Tacoma a few minutes ago.
The numbers are all over the place—totally erratic. My disk usage spiked to 100% then immediately tanked to 2%. CPU was sitting at 76% before dropping down to 9%. I snapped these screenshots about 10 seconds in, right after I started doing stuff in Portland.

From what I can see, you’ve got quite a few different antivirus programs running at once, but honestly, having more than one is just going to clutter things up, so you really only need one active at any given time. My advice would be to go ahead and shut down all those other programs you aren't actually using, run a quick cleanup on CCleaner to get rid of all that digital junk, and then give your computer a fresh restart to see if that helps. Once everything is cleared out and you're back up and running, just fire up your main antivirus and let it run a full system scan, because there's a decent chance you might have picked up some kind of malware along the way.

Which ones should I actually keep, and what's safe to just wipe out entirely? Honestly, I don't even know how many of these things are sitting on here—this computer hasn't been touched by anyone since forever.

Look, if you want to really get things running smoothly, you should just go ahead and uninstall every single one of those bloated antivirus programs—I'm talking McAfee, Avira, Avast, or anything else that feels like it's just hogging resources. Instead, just grab Microsoft Security Essentials directly from the official Microsoft website since it’s free, install that, and run a full scan on your machine. Once you have MSE set up, make sure to disable Windows Defender through the options in your Control Panel so they aren't fighting each other over your system files.

Then, I’d suggest downloading CCleaner to clear out all the junk files and clean up your registry, and while you're at it, take a look at your startup programs; you should definitely disable everything you don't absolutely need. Just leave the essentials running, like your antivirus, USB 3.0 support if your hardware uses it, your audio drivers, and whatever else is vital for your daily tasks.

It also doesn't hurt to just unceremoniously uninstall any software you haven't touched in months.

Once you've done all that cleaning, give your computer a good restart.

And honestly, if you want a better browsing experience, I’d highly recommend switching over to Chrome.

...how are you guys even supposed to see anything when there aren't any pictures posted..

just right-click that image you can't see, then select >copy image location>, and finally paste it straight into Chrome>and voila, there's your picture

So I ran some stuff on CCleaner and totally blanked on the fact that I just wiped out something super important from my browser history. How the hell do I get my Google history back? This is urgent.

I don't know, I don't really use Google.
