How do I clear out spam?

I’m getting a ton of junk emails hitting my spam folder every single day. Is there a way I can just filter out most of this stuff so it doesn't clutter up my spam folder? It's becoming impossible to manage, especially since actual useful emails occasionally get lost in the mess too. P.S. I tried marking some of them as "not spam" to move them to my inbox, but they never give me an unsubscribe option, so I guess that's not helping much either.

You can always just set up a filter in your email client to auto-delete spam if that’s what you prefer.
