How do I delete an FM12 thread?

Hey, quick question. Last year, those Manager threads stayed open through July, right?
I put together a pretty decent intro post—way more professional than some of the others out there. The Manager launch is set for next month, maybe in about 35 days, so I go ahead and open the thread, and they just delete it. Total bummer.
