How do I delete my own threads and posts?

Look, I’m not saying I’ve done anything wrong, but I am getting flagged constantly for reasons that make absolutely zero sense. It’s honestly starting to feel like a personal insult at this point... just moderators taking out their own frustrations on innocent users. Please, someone help me out here, because this is becoming unbearable.

Hey! So I totally messed up and accidentally deleted some of my private messages. There were a few in there I really needed to save but I didn't move them to my inbox first! Ugh. Does anyone know if there's any way to get them back? Please help me out if you can... and sorry if this is the wrong thread, I'm kinda lost on where to even ask. Thanks! 😢😕
