I’ve seen plenty of those videos ripped and uploaded to YouTube before, so downloading them is definitely doable.

Just because something is sitting on a public server doesn't mean you can actually grab it without having the underlying metadata. I fell for that same logic myself once.
I went ahead and downloaded 23 attachments in a row just to test the waters, but when I attempted a second round of downloads, well, fat chance,
everything was identical except for my specific IP address, hardware ID, and physical location. 😁 It wasn't just a display issue; the data itself was fundamentally "different."

The real question remains: how did they manage the extraction? It’s common knowledge that people use high-end cameras to film screens running at 100–120 Hz to eliminate flicker, resulting in an image that is incredibly sharp
I wish you luck in stumbling upon software capable of doing that... I’m certain such a tool exists, though it likely isn't easy to find.
If they intend to stream the data directly, I suspect it will be a real-time feed rather than a static file. Still, that would be a highly effective approach.
