Actually, I don't think that's an animation at all; it looks more like some sort of textured 3D model to me. I guess if you wanted to extract all the underlying model data, you'd probably need a really specialized player just to handle it—assuming a standalone player even exists for something like this! If it doesn't, you might have to set up an entire server just to replicate the environment enough to view it properly. Honestly, I'd say just forget about it. 😬
