How do I get a partial refund from Amtrak?

I want a full breakdown on this post—all the complaints and comments. This whole thing is useless; honestly, you’re just asking for more trouble if you start whining. We all know how this works—it's just one big circle jerk—so this PDF is a complete joke.

Oh, and give me a breakdown on the off-topic stuff too. I'm sick of seeing these mod clones everywhere.

Just a quick heads-up here—I wanted to remind everyone that the exact same rules apply whether you got those files through a mod decision or any other way. That means absolutely no using clones to post on those PDFs, and zero breaking any of the community guidelines in any other capacity.
