Hey everyone, I’m reaching out because I’m guessing a lot of you might be dealing with something similar. I’m hoping someone here can offer some advice or just a bit of guidance on what I’m going through. Lately, whenever my outlook on things gets a bit grim, I get this intense tightness in my left chest. Sometimes it turns into pain or tingling in my left arm, and I also feel this sharp ache and numbness in my back, right under my left shoulder blade.
I’ve been through the wringer with this—endless Google searches, countless trips to cardiologists, blood work, EKGs, Holter monitors, you name it. Everything comes back perfectly normal. Every single doctor keeps pointing me toward anxiety or stress, but honestly, that’s becoming a massive issue in itself. There are days when I can barely function at all because the tightness and pain are so bad. I’m constantly terrified I’m having a heart attack, and even the smallest bit of physical activity feels impossible. If anyone has dealt with this or has any actual, sensible advice, please let me know!

It’s a total rollercoaster. Some days I feel like I’m on top of the world, and other days I feel completely wiped out, struggling to even catch my breath, with zero motivation. My blood pressure has been running a little high lately too, so I’ve been managing that with Lisinopril.
Thanks in advance
