I’ve been wondering lately why my skin starts stinging like crazy whenever I lie down on the grass with bare skin while I'm all sweaty. Is it possible that the grass is actually causing these tiny little micro-scratches on my skin that make it sting? But if that's the case, why does it only seem to happen when I'm sweaty?

Maybe it's just some bugs hiding in the grass😱😁

hehehe maybe, but what kind of bugs are we even talking about here? Honestly, I'm having a hard time believing they're actually glitches.

Or perhaps the bugs are in their heads! 😁

I honestly have no clue; I've never once lain naked and sweaty on the lawn! 😬

She really should give it a shot 😁 . It's not just me either—anyone who lies down without a shirt after playing some football is basically asking for trouble. Maybe there's some kind of acid in the grass or something? 😕

Perhaps a touch of grease combined with some sweat?

I always end up with a nasty rash if I walk through an un mown field in shorts. But hey, I’m allergic to pollen, so that pretty much explains why... Honestly, the blisters get even worse if my legs are sweaty. Any time I touch pollen with damp hands or feet, that's exactly how it ends up.

Honestly, there are certain types of grass that are just sharp. Didn't any of you kids ever end up with little paper cuts from the lawn when you were growing up?
When your skin is sweaty, it just makes those tiny nicks feel even more sensitive. Plus, the sweat gets right into those micro-cuts and everything starts stinging intensely.
You know that sharp, biting sensation you get from a paper cut? It’s exactly that effect.

When the goat gets sweaty, it just makes everything way more sensitive, and then the sweat gets into those tiny little micro-cuts and the whole thing starts stinging like crazy.
You know that intense sting you get when you cut yourself on a piece of paper? It’s basically that exact same feeling.

Hmm, I was actually thinking the same thing, like maybe these tiny little micro-cuts are forming and then the salty sweat just hits them and stings.

I'm honestly hearing about skin allergies to pollen for the first time, but man, that sounds absolutely brutal.
