Hey everyone.

Alright, I've got a problem.
I'm 16, living out near Savannah.
I'm a junior in high school.
About a year ago—back in September—I dealt with some nausea that lasted a few days, and I once...
Passed out and ended up with a concussion from the impact. Great start to the day.
Wall. :S Well, everything went fine.
Back in April, I picked up some nasty stomach bug.
Doctors keep telling me it’s behind me. Personally? I still don't feel right.
Sometimes my stomach just cramps up, but about 80% of the time it ends in diarrhea. Some days I’m running to the bathroom multiple times in a row. It’s honestly awful.
I can't tell if this is actually happening or if I'm just losing my mind.
The mere thought of going anywhere without knowing exactly where the restroom is gives me a genuine sense of dread.
Because out of nowhere, my body just decides it's time for an emergency bathroom break. Great. :S:S:S
I have to take the bus to school, and honestly, there are times when I get pretty anxious about it. It happens almost every single day.
I’m a little nervous about it, but honestly, when things take a turn for the worse, it gets pretty grim.
I don't do school field trips, I don't go out on the town with friends—honestly, I just don't go anywhere.
I’m a little worried it might mess with my stomach or send me running for the restroom.
I don't really do variety when it comes to food. And dairy? Forget about it. One thought of milk and I'm done.
Maybe it’s the food?

I could really use some help here if anyone's available.
I can't go on living like this. Seriously.
I'm heading to Indianapolis for some checkups.
The doctors over there are completely useless. Honestly, it’s a disaster. And they’re rude, too—though I guess there are a couple of exceptions to that rule.

Thanks a ton!
Let me know if I missed anything and I'll add it in.

What kind of stomach virus was it? What kind of symptoms were you dealing with? Did this happen before... back when?
When the diarrhea kicks in, how many times a day does it happen? Is it usually right after eating, or just random...
On the days it isn't watery, how often are you going?
What’s your diet looking like lately?

Did you actually get a stool sample sent out for testing? I'm thinking maybe some kind of parasite might be 🤷 or even Chron (a buddy of mine dealt with similar symptoms). You really ought to go get a more thorough medical checkup.

You got some solid advice there, but if you've already checked all those boxes and nothing sticks, you might just be dealing with IBS. In that case, grabbing some papaya enzyme from Natural Wealth (100 count =$16) might actually do the trick.

Alright, here’s the deal.
damage to the intestinal lining
a virus: basically bacteria in my stomach

At least, that’s what the doctors told me.
When things get bad and I actually have diarrhea,
I’m hitting the bathroom maybe two or three times a day.
Yesterday and today, though, it's just once a day. :S
It isn't even about what I eat. It just happens.
I wouldn't say I'm undereating, I just stick to a few specific foods.
Like, I don't eat much produce or anything.
I eat plenty, just nothing diverse.

I took a stool sample for testing and they found that bacteria in my stomach.
That part is over (or so they claim).
