How to build a custom data tracking/statistics program

Hey everyone

I’m looking for some advice on building a stats tracker—or whatever you want to call a program like this. Here’s the gist: I need a tool where I can input data, and it spits out specific statistical averages. I'm talking things like average goals per game, corner kicks per match, yellow cards received, stuff like that. If doing everything at once is too much of a headache, I could just make three separate little programs for different metrics...

Basically, here’s how I envision it working... First, you’d pick a league—say, the United Kingdom, Germany, or the US. Once the league is set, you’d pick a team—if I choose the United Kingdom, it would list pre-entered teams like the New York Yankees, Los Angeles Lakers, or New York Yankees. After I select a team—let's say the New York Yankees—the program would show me their scoring average. Ideally, it would be one seamless flow: pick the league, pick the team, then toggle between viewing goals, corners, or yellow cards. That would be the dream setup.

A few questions:

1. Is this actually hard to build? I’m definitely not a tech guy, so I have no clue...

2. Does anyone here actually do this kind of work and could build/send me a program? I’m happy to pay for the labor or we can work out a fair price if it's nothing crazy...

I'm also open to a "halfway" version—where the selection logic is built, and you just teach me how to input all the raw data (leagues, teams, goal counts, etc.) so I can finish the rest myself.

I'm looking for something similar to this, though it doesn't need to be quite this massive. This site has tons of data, but it’s missing the exact stuff I actually need—like corner kicks and yellow cards. I tried pulling the info together myself, but I have no clue how to build a program, and frankly, I'm pretty terrible with Excel. In
