Hey everyone!

I could use some help here. I’m not exactly a coding pro, and while I know exactly what I want to do, I’m just spinning my wheels and wasting time on useless stuff. Basically, I need to build a table on my website that pulls data from this link...

http://server.fseconomy.net/data?userkey=2TBUVXWKWA&format=csv&query=flightlog s&search=id&readaccesskey=VWLKMB55L8&fromid=217837 3

If there's any way to make this happen—which, let's be honest, I have zero clue how to do—I'd really appreciate it. If someone can help me out, drinks are on me or whatever works. Thanks a ton.

Long story short: I need to get some data from that link into a table on my site.

Thanks much,

Just grab the XML, parse those data points into fields, and dump them into a table however you want. It's basic stuff... 😁

Oh right, you think you're some kind of genius because you know the basics? Please. I'm out here actually trying to fix a jet engine while you’re still playing around, so let's be real 😉 Just give me some actual bullet points... Okay, you already did, but I'm still digging through this stuff because I've tried a million different ways and nothing sticks. While I'm over here burning brain cells trying to figure this out, why don't you just drop something more direct? A specific snippet of code, a link, something—anything to save me the headache 😉 Look, I'll buy the beer and the pizza, I swear, but my goal here is to actually build this and learn how it works. Thanks

The thing is, I want this to be fully automated. I want a live link where someone clicks on my page and everything updates in real-time. I don't want to be stuck manually downloading some XML file every single month or whatever... that's the plan. I want to hit a link and have all the data I need fly straight into my spreadsheet

Look, you didn't actually say how you built this page. What languages are we talking about? Which framework...? There's a lot of missing info here.

So... here’s the deal...

http://www.deltaairlines.com and the whole thing is built on PHP. Moving forward—I need to add a new link, basically a new page styled with Bootstrap, which will house about 4 or 5 tables filled with various data points similar to what you see in that previous link. I can grab XML links or just generate some CSV ones—honestly, I don't mind which, as long as they feed directly into those tables. It's kind of like how I'm virtually soaring through the pages over at Bloomberg, and I want that same kind of visibility reflected on my own site... yeah, that's the gist. Let me know if you need anything else, because I'm honestly drawing a bit of a blank on what else to include unless you tell me exactly what's missing. Thanks!
