How to delete private messages?

I need some assistance here. I'm trying to send a private message to a woman on this forum, but her inbox is completely full. She doesn't check the site very often, and I'm in a bit of a rush because I purchased several items from her on eBay, and I need to settle the payment ASAP to avoid receiving any negative feedback.
Is there any other way to get in touch with her? There isn't an email address or anything similar listed on her profile.

If you don't have an email address set up, then your only option is to sit tight and wait for their inbox to clear out
