HP LaserJet Pro issues?

Is this Canon laser 4-in-1 multifunction printer, the HP LaserJet Pro, actually worth picking up?
It’s listed at $567, so I’m trying to figure out if it’s a smart buy—is the quality-to-price ratio actually decent for a machine like this?

But honestly, if you want my two cents, I’d suggest going with this one instead, purely because the value proposition and overall build quality just make much more sense.

Honestly, the only thing missing is a fax, but I just handle all of that through software anyway; I truly can't imagine who is still sitting there manually operating a fax machine, unless you count some dusty corner of a local government office.
